There is accessible car parking, a ramped entrance and accessible toilet.  The hall has a hearing (induction) loop and, with prior notice, seats in the front row can be reserved for the visually impaired or persons using lip reading. Assistance dogs are also permitted in the hall.

The nearest tube station is Theydon Bois, on the Central Line.

Our lectures take place on the first Wednesday morning of the month from September to July. Our lectures are streamed live via Zoom.

Annual membership of the society costs £47 and gives access to all eleven lectures.  Guests and visitors may pay £7 for single lectures which they wish to attend, contact westessex@theartssociety.org for more details.
